After many years creating and running start-ups with and for others in Colorado, USA, Andi Lucas has recently returned home in Tasmania, Australia to dedicate herself professionally to the industrial cannabis industry. Andi serves as Executive Officer for the Tasmanian Hemp Association, and is also working with the founder of the Australian Industrial Hemp Conference as the Support Event Manager for the next national event being held in Tasmania in March 2022. As the Managing Director of X-Hemp Pty Ltd, Andi privately raised the necessary capital to purchase the first mobile hemp processing unit for her home state, a project which will be fully operational and selling product by July 2021. Andi occasionally writes freelance for HempToday magazine, and as the founder of NSP Development, is currently developing several properties under a low-income, sustainable housing model, building with hempcrete.
